Description

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: See Note 24 for general submission requirements. Interested firms having the capabilities to perform this work must submit two copies of SF 255, (11/92 edition)for the prime firm and all consultants to the above address not later than the close of business on the 30th day after the date of this announcement. If the 305h day is a Saturday, Sunday or Federal holiday, the deadline is the close of business of the next business day . Include the firms ACASS number in SF 255 Block 3b. For ACASS information, call 503 808-4594. In SF 255 Block 10 describe owned or leased equipment that will be used to perform this contract, as well as CADD capabilities. Firms must also submit a list of all significatn equipment and softwar, includ ing e-mail and ftp capabilities intended to be used on this contract. All firms responding that do not have a current (within the past 12 months) SF 254 on file with this office must also furnish a completed current SF 254. Provide submittals in the o rder presented in the selection criteria. All submittals shall be prepared to be compatible with MS Windows, formatted to less then 100 pages (not including CADD samples) and submitted electronically on a compact disc (CD) with three hardcopies. Solicita tion packages are not available. This is not a request for proposal.
