Description

The National Institutes of Health Library intends to negotiate with ISI, 3501 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA. 19104-3389 to enter into an agreement to access their proprietary database Essential Science Indicators via the Web for a period of 12 months. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may respond to this request by expressing their interest and submitting a capabilities statement to the contracting office specified on this notice. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurement. The purchase order will be awarded fifteen days after the publication of, which if timely received, shall be considered by the agency.
