Description

This is a commercial item solicitation using FAR Part 15 for providing community based primary medical care services to eligible veteran beneficiaries for the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System in the Rock Springs, Wyoming area. The required services shall be all inclusive; i.e. health care provider, supplies, etc. Facility shall (1) meet all applicable State and Federal requirements or standards; (2) meet standards set forth in the JCAHO Accreditation Manual for Hospitals or have current Rural Health Designation. Availability of ancillary support services located within the general vicinity is desirable. Base year from April 1, 2002 through March 31, 2003 with two (2) options to extend. Issue date on or about February 4, 2002. Closing date on or about March 5, 2002. This acquisition is subject to the availability of funds.
