Description

This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide VA Tomah, Wisconsin with Custom Orthoses Fabrication and Repair services for its beneficiaries in the Tomah, Wisconsin area. The prospective Contractor will be required to conduct monthly Orthotic clinics. The Orthotic Clinic is normally held 1or 2 times per month. The Orthotic Clinic is conducted at the VAMC Tomah, Wisconsin. A base year contract with four (4) one year renewable option years, at the Government=92s discretion is anticipated. Contract type is firm-fixed price. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about December 20, 2001. This solicitation is issued under the authority of 38 USC 8153.=20 This procurement is being conducted under the Subpart 13.5 test program where simplified acquisition procedures apply and the conduct of the procurement will be in accordance with Parts 12, 13, or 15 of the FAR or some combination thereof. Contract award is subject to availability of funds. NAICS number is 621999. Non-personal services.
