Description

Presolicitation Notice, Janitorial and Related Services, U. S. Federal Building/U. S. Post Office, Baker City, Oregon. Solicitation Number GS-10P-02-LSC-0021. THIS SOLICITATION IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR OFFERORS THAT HAVE BEEN CERTIFIED BY THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION AS HUBZONE BUSINESSES. Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, equipment, and supplies to provide janitorial and related services at the USFB/USPO in Baker City, Oregon. The term of the contract is a base year with four one-year options, beginning March 1, 2002. This solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Award will be made to the offeror who (a) assents to the terms of the RFP, and (b) has the best combination of experience, past performance, and price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 561720 with the small business size standard of $12 million. Solicitation will be available on/about 12/21/2001. A site visit may be scheduled by contacting Fred Jones, GSA, telephone 208/334-1242. Offers will be due on January 16, 2002. This solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available on the internet only. No hard copies will be available.
