Description

The US Customs Service plans to make a sole source purchase of an Anton PAAR DMA5000 5-place density meter with the following: Accuracy 5x10- g/cc, 0-90-C, planinum in-cell temperature sensor, hi-resolution LC display for viewing up to 8 lines of data simultaneously, full range viscosity correction and 10 programmable methods. Included are: SP3M Automatic sample changer for DMA4500/DMA5000 holds up to 30 samples, 71060 Oil version Needle for SP3M, 10400RD Taintertops for use with SP3M, IDP3110 Citizen printer w/cable, collect software for DMA's with cable, 75836 heated conversion kit for SP3m -uses 50ml vials, 15012 inserts to fit 12ml vials into 50ml carousel, MD-4 Heating Circulator, waterbath. Instrument is capable of denisity measurement ASD per ASTM D4052 and Density of Crude Oil D-5002.
