A web site has been established for this acquisition and information related to the procurement can be found at http://dtriac.dtra.mil. DTRA is intres ted in seeking industry comments and these questions and related information can be found on the web site. All recommendations, comments and questions must be submitted through e-mail or the web site. This announcement is issued for informational purpose s only and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. The Government will not pay for information received as a result of this announcement. To gain access to the web page, potential offerors, who have not already done so, must register an d obtain a password. Responses to the questions are due Jan 4 2002.
