Description

Indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for professional technical laboratory services to include performance of hazardous, toxic and radioactive analyses on Government-collected samples. All laboratory analyses shall be performed with turnaround times of either 30 hours or five days, as specified by the Government. The significant evaluation factors include past performance, technical expertise, experience, and geographic proximity. The contract will be for a period of one (1) year with an option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods. Contract value not to exceed $750,000.00 per contract year with a guaranteed minimum of $15,000.00 during the base year and $7,500.00 for each option year. The solicitation is expected to be available on the St. Louis District web page www.mvs.usace.army.mil on or about February 11, 2002, with proposals being due on or about March 13, 2002.
