Description

 The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) anticipates awarding a labor-hour type contract with a fixed rate for one (1) base year and four (4) additional one year option periods. The requirement is for two (2) Document Examiners. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business. The NAICS is 54169 and business size standard is $5 million. The contractor shall specialize in all areas of the questioned document discipline, including but not limited to, the analysis of handwriting, hand printing, typewriting, graphic arts, office machines, rubber stamp impressions, alterations, obliterations, non-destructive ink analysis, shoe print and tire tread examinations. The contractor must be certified by a Federal Crime Laboratory or by the America Board of Forensic Document Examiners (ABFDE) "grandfathering" will not be accepted. The place of performance is Washington, DC. A Top-Secret security clearance is required.
