- A solicitation for vehicle maintenance and repair for light, medium and heavy duty vehicles for the Ft. Riley, Kansas service area will be issued January 02, 2002. Solicitation number BPA-6FBF-02001 is being issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). The BPA will be for a period of two years. See Note 1. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered. Interested parties must submit their request via fax or email to the point of contact.
