Description

The purpose of this notice is to inform all interested parties that the United States Marine Corps Regional Contracting Office, Camp Pendleton, intends to negotiate a sole source, Firm Fixed Price contract with Cincinnati Electronics Corp (DBA CMC Electronics-Cincinnati) of Mason OH. This unrestricted sole source procurement is pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. This purchase will be made using simplified acquisition procedures under the authority of the Test Program for Commercial Items (FAR 13.5). The Government intends to procure four (4) CLSM Omni-Directional Antenna Systems. This is not a request for quotation; however, interested parties challenging the sole source proprietary of this product must submit their response by 1600 (PST) on 4 Jan 2002.
