This is the fifth modification to a prior notice posted on 7 Nov. 2001, under DAAE30-02-Q-0104.THE FOLLOWING DATES CONTAINED IN THE 8 NOV. 2001 REVISION TO THE INITIAL 7 NOV. 2001 NOTICE ARE FURTHER MODIFIED AS FOLLOWS: Deadline for submittal of White Papers is changed FROM: 1600 hrs. EST, 11 January 2002 TO: 1600 hrs. EST 18 January 2002. The point of contact for submittal remains unchanged. In addition, the estimated release date of the final RFP is changed FROM: 15 February 2002 TO: 22 February 2002. As stated in a previous notice, under DAAE30-02-Q-0104, parties were advised that a Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) would also be issued on or about 20 Dec. 2001, and that parties should consider the Draft RFP material, including any material available on a website other than the site identified below, in the formulation of any White Paper submission. The Draft RFP DAAE30-02-R-0102, for the Intelligent Combat Outpost Raptor, has been issued and is available at http://procnet.pica.army.mil, and its content will remain unchanged until 19 January 2002. Parties are advised that material referenced in previous notices, under DAAE30-02-Q-0104, including but not limited to the PRD, responses to Industry Day questions,material referenced in the Draft RFP, and information regarding the order of precedence of material provided, have been updated, and should be considered in the formulation of White Papers submitted in response to DAAE30-02-Q-0104. Website access, to other than the site identified above, will be provided upon completion of the certification process as outlined in prior notices,under DAAE30-02-Q-0104.
