MSC N10/PM3 requests proposals for US flag self-sustaining container vessel(s) for time charter(s) up to 59-months. Vessel(s) must have a minimum speed of 16 knots and be able to carry a minimum of 900-1400 ammo laden TEU?s. depending upon the requirement.
