Description

Solicitation for NSN 1560-00-427-9198 / YPG01137000221. Rights Guard applies. Export Control applies. Government Furnished Mylar applies. This solicitation will result in an indefinite delivery contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=3DBase Year, O=3DOption year) Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=3D39, O=3D3 / Minimum Order Quantity: B=3D3, O=3D3 / Maximum Contract Quantity: B=3D50, O=3D24 / Estimated Annual Quantity: B=3D44, O=3D12. The required delivery schedule is 195 days after receipt of order, FOB destination. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
