The United States Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command-Warren (TACOM-Warren) will be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of 100,000 manhours of System Technical Support (STS) for Out-of-Production Trailers, Tactical Trailers/Semi-Trailers. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The period of Performance is 60 months with a base level of effort of 20,000 manhours for the first year and 20,000 manhours for each of four yearly options. The Government intends to award one cost-plus-fixed-fee level of effort, task order contract as a result of this solicitation. The estimated release date of request for proposal DAAE07-98-R-L004 is 09 February 1998. The estimated due date for Receipt of Proposals is 31 March 1998.
