Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to non-competitively procure one set of OSS Development Team Site Licenses, one year of updates for the OSS Development Team site licenses, and 20 hours of standard technical support. This procurement is restricted to POET Software, Inc. in order to meet Government requirements for embedded database management system with JAVA and C++ Interfaces, JAVA ODMG compliance and object server support. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used for this combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government will not issue a written request for quotation as all items are identified in the Commerce Business Daily (CBD) notice. The closing data is 20 December 2000. The anticipated award date is 20 December 2000. Delivery shall be no longer than two weeks after date of award.http://
