Description

The Military Sealift Command (MSC) Prepositioning Program, PM3, proposes to re-open Solicitation N00033-00-R-3100 to acquire, through open competitive negotiations, services for the worldwide operation and maintenance of the USNS LCPL ROY W. WHEAT. The USNS LCPL ROY W. WHEAT is a Enhanced Maritime Prepositioning Force (MPF(E) vessel. The contractor will be required to provide all operational support personnel, equipment, provisions, and supplies required to operate and maintain the ship. The performance period is for five years. Offerors are advised that performance will require a SECRET Facility Clearance. All interested parties may obtain copies of the amendment re-opening the solicitation by directly downloading the document from the MSC WebPage (www.msc.navy.mil). It is anticipated that the Amendment to Solicitation N00033-00-R-3100 will be posted on the MSC WebPage on/about 19 January 2001.
