Description

The General Services Administration (GSA), Mid-Atlantic Region, requires Elevator Maintenance Services at the Robert C. Byrd U.S. Courthouse, 300 Virginia Street East, Charleston, West Virginia. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror as detailed in Section L of the solicitation. The solicitation shall contain all proposal requirements and the method of award. The contract will be for a base period of one year, with the possibility of the following options: one option of one year, two options of two years each, and one option of three years, for a total potential performance period of 9 years. The estimated start date is April 1, 2000. The NAICS Code is 235950. This procurement is unrestricted for full and open competition. The solicitation will be posted on the World Wide Web at http:// eps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation shall not be issued. Any prospective offeror interested in proposing on this solicitation must register with GSA in order to be placed on the bidder's list for this solicitation. Proposals are due by February 23, 2001, 4:00 p.m. local Philadelphia time. A pre-proposal conference shall be held at the Byrd Courthouse in Charleston. The date, time, and room number shall be listed in Section L of the solicitation. Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-proposal conference.
