Description

Replace totally all existing electrical wiring, conduits, wiring devices, receptacles, light fixtures, switches, service panels and all other electrical devices within the Garrison House, located in Southport, North Carolina in accordance with attached specifications. A Firm Fixed Price Contract is contemplated for this solicitation. Estimated range of this project is from $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" (Public Law 100-656).
