Description

Work consists of furnishing labor, equipment and materials and performing all work in connection with interior renovation of the latrines for barracks buildings 2205, 2215, 2225, 2235 and 2253 at Fort Jackson, SC. Work shall include new finishes, mechanical, plumbing and electrical renovations. NAICS code is 23511; magnitude of construction is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Period of performance is 180 days per building, each being performed under separate Notices to Proceed. This acquisition is being conducted under competitive 8(a) procedures for 8(a) firms within SBA District 4, and is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. Date solicitation to be released is to be determined. A pre-bid site inspection will be conducted, date to be determined.
