Description

The Air Armament Center, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for supplies to Metrum-Datatape INC. 3322 S. Memorial Pkwy, Suite 49, Huntsville, AL 35801-5335. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number for this request for quotation is F33SCX12320200. This requirement is for the following, CLIN 0001, 1 (ONE) TM System -- Metrum-Datatape Model CYBER 660 Digital Voice TM System to include the following: 19? Rackmountable Instr. Controller, Ultra-Wide SCSI Hard Drive, 3.5? Floppy Drive, CD-ROM, (2) RS-232 Serial Ports, (1) Printer Port, AC/DC Autoswitching Power Supply, 128 Mbyte RAM, TFT Color Monitor, PCI9900 Single Board Telemetry Sys, Integrated Telemetry Status Panel, CYBER Data Grafix Software, CVSD Digital Voice Decoding, Windows O/S, User?s Manual (Metrum-Datatape Part# MD660S04000111); CLIN 0002, 1 (ONE) Board ? Metrum-Datatape Single Board Telemetry System (Uses PCI bus) (Metrum-Datatape Part# PCI9900); CLIN 0003, 2 (TWO) Converter ? Metrum-Datatape 16-Channel D/A Converter (Uses PCI bus) (Metrum-Datatape Part# 00009138A-200) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334511; 750 size standard. Supplies will be delivered to Eglin AFB on an FOB Destination basis. Delivery date after award is 30 days.
