Description

This synopsis is for the A-76 COST COMPARISON STUDY FOR HOUSING/DORMITORY MANAGEMENT at Hurlburt Fld, FL. The Contracting office has issued the Request For Proposal (RFP) using FAR Part 12 and 15 for a one-year basic performance period (plus a 2 month transition period) with four (4) one-year option periods. The contract type will be Firm Fixed Price. The Contractor will perform the above function in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), and supporting guidance. This action is under 100% small-business set-aside with a NAICS code of 561210 and a size standard of $5.0 M. The issue date is 24 Sep 01 with a closing date of 8 Nov 01. The site visit date is 9 Oct 01. A copy of the Source Solicitation Requirements and SOW is posted at the Federal Business Opportunities (www.fedbizops.gov).
