Description

Prepare, produce and print a civilian enterprise unofficial guide, 18,000 hard copies and CDs per year; unofficial maps, 18,000 copies per year and quick fact pamphlets, 2,000 per year. This requirement will be for the period 01 Jan 2002 or date of award through 31 Dec 2003 with 4 one year option periods. The civilian enterprise unofficial guide, map and quick fact pamphlet shall be prepared, printed and delivered at no cost to the Government, however, the Contractor shall receive all revenue accruing from the sale of advertising carried within the publications. The standard North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) for this requirement is 511199 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is set aside 100% for small business (See Note 1). All offerors will be required to submit a technical proposal in accordance with the instructions in the solicitation.
